The Carve team is amped to be at Blue Mountain!
Why? ...We’ll tell you why!
As you have probably heard by now, Carve 4 Cancer (C4C) is moving their incredibly popular Pocono Mountain Carve 4 Cancer festival to Blue Mountain on February 3rd 2018. Blue Mountain is home to Pennsylvania’s highest vertical, the most varied terrain and some of the longest runs in PA! Skiers and snowboarders can enjoy over 39 trails with the convenience of 16 lifts to keep you shredding all day long. All this, combined with an extremely rad terrain park, make Blue the ultimate destination for C4C.... but that's is just the beginning if what Blue has to offer!
Carve 4 Cancer has turned into far more than just a ski and snowboard festival. C4C supporters expect a massive full-day music and arts festival, with great original bands, food, drinks, an epic rail jam, and so much more! These are the reasons we really can’t wait for our first event at Blue Mountain. At Blue we will have 2 indoor stages in their huge recently renovated lodge to showcase an amazing lineup of national and regional touring acts. So feel free to leave your ski boots at home in exchange for your dancing shoes and party all day with us in the lodge. Or purchase a lift ticket, shred the day away until you retire at one of the many fully stocked bars and enjoy a brew with some excellent tunes. Did we mention your lift ticket purchases on the day of our event will directly benefit blood cancer research?
As usual, we will have an epic rail jam competition with some of the best talent in the northeast taking place just outside of the lodge for guests to watch and cheer on. Riders and skiers will compete for a chance to take home some amazing prizes and title of C4C rail jam champion. Overlooking the rail jam will be our extensive vendor village where you can check out merch from some awesome industry vendors, demo some new gear, and/or pick up some really unique items. To top it off we will have an outdoor stage so guests can get their groove on right on the snow! Bands, DJ’s and Hip-Hop artists are going to be announced over the next few months and trust us when we say, this line-up is the best we’ve EVER assembled.
For those looking to fill up on some truly excellent grub, the Slopeside Grill is the place to be. Every table is a window seat at Slopeside! Enjoy an unmatched new indoor & beloved outdoor dining experience with majestic views, warm fires, delicious food & tasty drinks all-year-round. We suggest having a sneak peak before the event to see some live music every Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday afternoons.
It safe to say Carve 4 Cancer 2018 is poised to knock it out of the (terrain) park! So mark your calendars, set your alarms, tell every single friend you have, shout about C4C at the top of your lungs (seriously, do that now!....We'll wait) and plan on being at Blue Mountain on February 3rd, 2018.
