I.B.E.W. Local 163 and Milwaukee Tool have partnered up for a great cause. On Thursday January 17th, supporters and members of the trades will come together at R Bar and Grill in Nanticoke, PA to raise money to support cancer patients. The happy hour event will benefit Carve 4 Cancer’s Live Like Brent Foundation as well as directly benefit member of the trades currently battling cancer. Along with happy hour specials, Milwaukee Tool will be raffling off awesome tools throughout the night.
“This is the second year IBEW and Milwaukee have teamed up for a happy hour like this at R Bar.” Said Fletcher Moppert of Carve for Cancer Inc. “Last year was an absolute blast. Drink specials were awesome, music was going and I Milwaukee really stepped up with amazing raffle items that helped raise thousands of dollars. We’re so grateful to have such amazing supporters like this.”
The entry fee is $20 donation at the door which gives you drink specials and an entry into the raffle. The event starts at 6:00PM and goes until 9PM. Everyone is welcome and the event will be a blast for all who attend!

Come out for an afternoon skateboard jam to raise money for cancer research. Participants will be able to skate the track, enjoy skateboard inspired music and check out vendor booths from 1 to 6 pm. There will also be small competitions for skaters of all ages and prizes and giveaways throughout the event. Grab your board and your friends and come out to skate and support the cause!

King of Kings Gap is an awesome 2+ mile Downhill Longboard Race where riders in heats of 3-4 go 30-35mph to see who is the fastest. Top 2 move on to the next heat.
